What kind of payments do you take in your store?We accept, Visa, Mastercard, Discover, Paypal, and personal checks. Credit card orders and credit card orders through Paypal will be shipped 1 to 3 days after receipt. Paypal e-check orders will be shipped 1 to 3 days after the e-check clearance date. For personal check orders, make your check out to Mixed Media Designs and mail the check and a copy of your order receipt to: Nicolette Tallmadge Designs Check orders will be sent out 1 to 3 days after receipt of check. |
What is the turnaround time for your custom mix jewelry?Custom mix orders generally take between 1 to 3 days to complete, so if you are ordering a custom mix jewelry piece, as a gift or for a special occasion, please plan your purchase to allow plenty of time for completion and delivery. Also, if you a paying via PayPal e-check or regular check, you must allow time for your e-check or personal check to clear before your order is shipped. |
What are the standard sizes for your bracelets?All of our ready made bracelets are approximately 7 inches in length. If you need a bracelet that’s a bit smaller or larger than the standard size, you can request it for free by indicating the size that you need in the “Comments/Special Delivery Instructions” located at the bottom of the Check-out page.  |
How do I order customized Birthstone jewelry?Ordering customized Birthstone jewelry is easy! Simply visit the Create Your Own Mix section of the store, choose whether you want earrings, bracelets, or a necklace. Click on the appropriate “Add To Cart” button and click on the “Check-out” button when you are done shopping. Indicate which birthstones you want in your custom mix and if you need them in any special order in the “Comments/Special Delivery Instructions” section of the Check-out page.  |
I’m sensitive to certain kinds of metal jewelry. What kind of metal do you use in your yours?We use 14kt gold fill and sterling silver ear findings in all of jewelry, which work well for everyone except for those with the most sensitive allergies. |
Do you have price breaks on multiple orders?Yes, we do offer a price break of 15% off your total order if you wish to assemble a jewelry set (e.g. earrings and necklace, bracelet and necklace, or earrings, necklace, and bracelet) |
How do you ship your orders?All of our orders are shipped out via USPS First Class Mail. Rush orders are sent via USPS Priority Mail. |
Do you have gift wrap available?Yes! If you are purchasing Birthstone jewelry as a gift, you can choose to have it gift wrapped in a velveteen jewelry bag and gift tag for an additional $2.50. To order to gift wrapping, simply select “Yes” in the “Add Gift Wrapping?” selection in the Shopping Cart.  You can choose to have your gift shipped directly to the gift recipient by enter their shipping address during the Check-out process. If you can choose to leave the gift tag blank, or you can indicate a brief message to written on the tag by including it in the “Comments/Special Delivery Instructions” section located at the bottom of the Check-out page.  |
